The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine met with the members of Estonian Chamber of Commerce in the framework of the official visit to the Republic of Estonia on Tuesday.
The issue regarding further development of bilateral cooperation in different branches of economy was discussed during the meeting.
V.Lytvyn stressed the necessity to improve the conditions for development of business relations, work of the representatives of foreign business in Ukraine and broadening of mutual investment at the legislative level. "Our countries have colossal possibilities for cooperation in all spheres," he said.
Participants of the meeting named taxation of non-residents and huge amount of inspections on the part of control and law enforcement bodies among the problematic issues of work in Ukraine.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada noted that the government of the country makes efforts to settle the abovementioned issues. He stressed also the importance of functioning of national judicial system in line with European standards.
Speaking about the land reform V.Lytvyn informed that the respective bill is under consideration by the Verkhovna Rada.
